We have to wait til it&#8217;s Christmas before we can taste our family&#8217;s Christmas fruitcake. But that&#8217;s alright, because the longer the fruitcake is kept before eaten, the better the taste. It&#8217;s been a family tradition for mom and Abuela to bake fruitcake fro Christmas. Actually, they already baked one, but we ended up eating it last week because me and my siblings couldn&#8217;t help it anymore.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Right now, we&#8217;re also doing our Christmas shopping list and planning what we want to prepare on our Christmas and New Year&#8217;s dinner. My siblings kept asking my mom phone Aunt Alona for their Christmas chocolates and presents. These kids can&#8217;t wait including our little Iñigo. <span id="more-2913"></span>We joked about Dee and mom getting fat this Christmas, and they were like &#8212; No way! My mom said she will try to eat less now and maybe drink her favorite appetite suppressant tea so she won&#8217;t be too big before the holidays, because for sure, there&#8217;s no stopping in eating great and delicious food on the holiday season. Whies on the other hand, Dee seems to be over confident about her holiday aerobics with mom to counter the fats from ever building.</p>

My mom noticed it and said it is not healthy if we keep on eating Taco everyday. But we could not help it, and so our Taco craving continued.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One day, when we got home, we were so surprised to see what mom has prepared for us &#8212; Tacos!!! Apparently, they weren&#8217;t the meaty and cheesy Tacos. Mom prepared Vegetable Taco, and they tasted great!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Today, I want to share Easy-to-Prepare Vegetable Taco recipe that is healthy for you and your family, especially the kids at home. Hope you&#8217;d like it too!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-2158" title="vegetarian-taco" src="http://familyhealthandhome.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/vegetarian-taco1.jpg" alt="vegetarian-taco" width="275" height="206" />Easy-to-Prepare Vegetable Taco</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Ingredients:</em><br />
Taco shells<br />
2 cups bean curd, cubed, fried<br />
or veggyburger sauteed to taste,<br />
1 small cabbage head or lettuce, shredded<br />
5 tomatoes, cubed<br />
1 onion, chopped<br />
1 cup cheese, grated<br />
1 bottle taco sauce<br />
hot sauce (optional)</p>
<p><em>Procedure:</em><br />
Toast Taco shells in oven toaster.<br />
Place each ingredient in containers.<br />
Let each person assemble his taco using the ingredients prepared.</p>
<p><em>Tips:</em><br />
To make quick taco sauce, heat 1 cup tomato, pizza, or spaghetti sauce in a pan.<br />
Add some chopped tomatoes and onions and season to taste.</p>
