Among these are wrong diet, bad posture especially during lifting of heavy objects, accidents, and abuses to the body through unhealthy lifestyle.

The conventional treatment is to take pain reliever capsules or tablets to temporarily alleviate the pain. Another way is the application of medicinal oil to affected part or have a body massage to loosen taut muscles. Famous among these body massage techniques are the shiatsu, reflexology, and acupressure. Acupuncture is also used to relieve body pains.

Some make use of yoga blocks and mats for their daily yoga exercises to relieve back pain. But these exercises should also be done with a supervising expert, or those who have years of practice. Yoga is said to be one of the best alternative when it comes to back pain relief without having to go through medication or surgery.

My friend Aldriana is really working hard to get back her figure after giving birth to my God-son Elrich, last year. Her husband Louie, who also happened to be my workmate before always tease his wife about her goal of becoming sexy again. He said that she does not eat as much as she used to when she was pregnant with Elrich and that she is now also dedicated to working out three times a week, and also do yoga, so that she won’t waste the money she is investing on the weight loss creams that she bought.
She waited long enough to do all these things because she had to breastfeed her son, but now that he is eating solid food and drinking milk and other supplements, she said it’s time that she also look after her health since she gained a lot of weight during the pregnancy.
I’m glad to see women like Aldie, who want to take care of themselves and look good not just because of their husbands but for themselves and to be confident enough. Kudos to you Aldie!

I usually spend a lot of time in my favorite public forums, during my free time. I like discussing and exchange ideas with different people all over the world. Aside from the fact that I get to express my own thoughts, I also learn a lot from other people’s opinions and suggestions. One of the most interesting topic for me is health, because I like being aware of things concerning my family’s health and well being.

But I’ve noticed that when you go around searching for health and wellness topics in public forums, one of the most popular is the beauty, weight loss and exercise. There you can see queries such as how to lose weight effectively, what are the most recommended diet pills for women that work, what are cheap alternatives to certain health problems, etc. this only goes to show how many women are having problems with their weight, and are desperate to do anything just to achieve a better body figure.

Although there are also a lot of health concerned dads and men like me, on the forums, there are actually more women in health public forums than men. From young teens, wives, to women in their early and late 50′s. Does this mean that women are more health conscious than men, in general?

An important factor when setting up a training program is the choice of exercises. If you ask ten different people about the best muscle building exercises you like ten different answers. I will describe in brief what criteria are most important when your goal is maximum muscle mass.

A smart exercise routine includes at least one and preferably several base exercises. The advantage of this is first and foremost efficiency. With such an exercise. deadlift will work out the muscles in the legs, back and front thighs, gluteus, lower back, and the entire back from top to bottom, shoulders and arms. As you can see you with relatively little training time to cover large parts of the body’s muscles.

Learning curve is higher based exercises – that is, the first increases in strength are neural, or as a result of coordination and automation of the movement to “track” it in your subconscious. In practice, it is necessary to correct and complete learning of a complex exercise before it is able to stimulate optimal muscle growth. You wonder just yourself when you see that the strength increase dramatically by switching motion path dramatically at a base exercise regularly, or replace it with isolation exercises and then switch back again after a period. It is only the learning factor which occurs again and you must again exercise path for it to provide the necessary stimulation of the muscles. I would recommend selecting 2-4 base exercises that fits your goals best, and let them shape the framework for your program from month to month.

Isolation Drills

The part of the movement area where the greatest tension in the muscle feel will provide the greatest training effect. This will primarily affect the strength development, primarily in and around the joint angle the muscle works best to lift the weight. When you exercise common bicepscurl you achieve that is the greatest relative increase in strength when the elbow joint is 90 degrees.

For muscle mass is actually the second criteria is crucial. At high reps (10-20 reps range) achieved significant improvements in muscle functional capacity when oxidative and metabolic by-products are formed (eg. Lactic acid), which in the context of genetic signals provides the following effects:

- Several capillaries (increased blood flow)
- More androgenreseptorer
- Increased glycogen store (that take more water into the muscle).

This effect is secondary to muscle growth, but still important. If you choose exercises that focus on the contracted position you achieve so-called “vascular occlusion” – or something a simplified cut off of circulation in the muscle, and help you achieve the above effect. This is what happens when you tighten the muscle in the top position of, for example. bicepscurl, and you know that the “tie” in the muscle.

Progression is the key

The primary stimulus for the mass increase is achieved by micro trauma – or microscopic flaws in the muscle fibers. It is easier to achieve this by heavier weights (or really progressively heavier weights in relation to what your muscles are accustomed to), as well as exercises that focus on the stretch-position or the major part of the impact. If you use dumbbells for bench presses (although this allows for less weight than with a rod) you will get a better stretch the chest muscles, and micro-trauma is achieved much easier.

Dips are an exercise that is great for your chest if you point your elbows out and sinking deep down to the proper range in the chest. Be aware of the risk of injury when you combine the heavy weights with large range of motion and increase the load rather progressive instead of jumping right on the maximum lifting.

Here is also the choice of grip width in. Imagine a mechanical “stress lines”, which from a biomechanical point of view is changing what part of the muscle most activated and the degree of stretch. When you press and wide grip in rowing elbows will move in an orbit about 90 degrees from the body, and upper lats and the middle part of the back activates the most. See on a map the anatomy, so you can easily see why. Are you narrow grip will elbow into the body and they move in a way that focuses more on the lower fibers of the lats – or the part you can see from the front.

Kills training myths

Something most people do not realize is that these differences are less and less as the weights get heavier. At about your 5 rep max (the weight you only manage 5 reps with) would actually incline bench and flat bench activate the chest muscles as much. The reason that this myth originated is that there are several androgenreseptorer upper chest muscles and shoulders and neck muscles. A bodybuilder who uses steroids will quickly develop large muscle mass, where the concentration of androgenreseptorer is greatest, and it has wrongly been linked to various isolation exercises or incline bench.

By the way Forget everything you’ve heard of “inner and outer chest muscle, or” upper and lower “biceps. You can not focus on a specific part of a muskelfibers length, it is the same as pulling on each end of a rubber band and ready to stretch one half more than the other – it’s impossible.

Learning curve of isolation exercises are low, and therefore can vary based on your weak point or other criteria as mentioned above.

Avoid from letting your body build muscle fat. Choose 2-4 exercises base that activates multiple muscle groups simultaneously, and let them form the framework for your training program from month to month. In addition, select the isolation exercises for your own goals or weaknesses – where you focus on the contracted portion of the range of motion at high reps, and stretching exercises when you approach the heavier weights.

Family health and fitness should always come first, because no matter how rich you get, if you are ill, all your money would go to your medication. When we are healthy, we get to enjoy life, our kids and our success.

With a well balanced diet and exercise, we can keep our family fit and healthy. The secret to one’s health is good blood circulation. But if you would be doing the same routine everyday, your muscles are likely to get strained. If you are not doing anything at all, you gain those unwanted flabs and weight. Laziness is a cause of poor blood circulation, and pure blood circulation leads to so many diseases. And as we all know, exercise does not only help you lose weight, but also help lessen stress.

Exercise is necessary in our daily lives, but due to the nature of our jobs, we hardly get to exercise at all, and we have no time to go to the gym, go swimming, or do outdoor activities. But this should not stop you from becoming physically fit.

Buying home exercise equipment would be a lifetime investment. When you enroll yourself at any gym, you only invest on your own health and fitness, but if you will set-up a home gym, you will also give your whole family the chance of keeping themselves healthy and fit, with 24×7 free access to home exercise equipments that they could use for their regular exercise routines.

Home exercise equipments were created to fit one’s exercise needs. Some people are afraid to try on their own, with the fear of getting strained without the presence of their gym instructors. But with equipments like exercise bikes, treadmills, stair climbers, etc., you need not to spend more money on getting someone to assist you when exercising, because they have all the gadgets necessary to monitor and measure your speed, and even record the calories you burn. You are also given a range of choices for the speed and tension, depending on your current physical condition.

Among the best choices for home exercise equipment you can buy for your home gym would be elliptical trainers, because they are scientifically built to help improve one’s cardiovascular health, without any part of our body getting strained, whatsoever. Prior to the equipments being released for public use, they went through a long series of study, to make sure that the exercise equipment is built to be beneficial to the whole family’s health and fitness, and can be used even by those who have are suffering from certain health conditions.

Another great fitness machine that you can add to your home exercise equipment collection would be rowing machines. They simulate the rowing movement that helps strengthen not only your arm muscles, but as well as your chest, abs, uper and lower back, thighs, legs, etc. Just like the exercise bikes and elliptical trainers, the rowing machines are built to improve your whole family’s stamina, blood circulation and overall cardiovascular fitness. To check out a great selection of home exercise equipments, you can check out dazadi.com

Young or old, it is a must for one to exercise. God has designed us to be mobile. If you have noticed, even babies keep on moving, stretching and doing their own exercises while they are still inside the womb and when they are born. But men have the tendency to overlook the importance of exercise, thus making them prone to becoming weak and sick.

So, if you want to keep your family healthy, and your kids not to develop obesity, develop their zest for exercising at home. As they always say, health is wealth. When wealth is gone — something is gone, but when health is gone, all is gone, and with good health — anything can be done!

There are many health benefits of cardiovascular exercises using treadmills. It helps in burning more calories by simulating the effects of walking, jogging and running exercises. The more calories you burn, the more weight you lose, and it helps improve your and your family’s well being.

Others find it a bit boring compared to the actual brisk walking, jogging, and running where you can go outside and meet friends. But for the new generation, there isn’t much time to go out, or find time to go to a gym. With a treadmill at home, you and your family can do your regular exercise and walking routine. Anyway, you can find ways to make it more interesting by watching TV or playing music while exercising.

Some athletes even use the equipment for training. They program the machine to simulate running up and down hills, to work on their speed training.

While doing my normal rounds and ec dropping, I have noticed how the number of health and wellness, getting fit, and weight loss blogs have continue to increase. Does this mean that more people are becoming health conscious? Is is because of all the epidemics or simply because people have realized how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle and become fit?
For me, it is a good thing because these people help encourage others who have not yet started changing their not-so-healthy lifestyle. One of my favorite blogs are those that share their exercise routines. Because when it comes to health, fitness and exercise, it does not matter whether you are fat and need fat burners and need to do more physical exercise, or if you are thin. Just because you are thin it doesn not mean that it is alright if you don’t exercise. Because just like fat people, thin people should actually exercise, work out, and follow a certain meal program to gain weight.

I am thinking of posting another healthy recipe soon. I got inspired by those healthy cooking blogs too. Because being healthy isn’t all about having a nice and well proportioned body but also has a lot to do with food and nutrition. I would most probably share some of my mom’s healthy vegetarian cooking or something. Watch out for it!
