I can say that one of the best decisions I’ve made in this life was to join the world of blogging. At first it was difficult for me because I wasn’t really the type who is into writing or expressing my thoughts, most especially knowing that there will be people who will read my blog entries. I got used to just keeping my thoughts to myself, or sharing them with no one else but my wife Dee. I never thought that through blogging I would be able to meet new friends, and also encourage other people to do the same.

When I was just starting, I used to share Pc with my younger siblings. When it got broken, I only get to blog at the office. Early this year, dad bought us a laptop, and after a month or so, I was able to buy my own netbook.

I’m glad that the mini version of laptops were introduced to the market at such an affordable price, with this little gadget and a mobile usb internet broadband, I can blog anywhere. I can blog while taking care of my son, or while out with my whole family, or even when we go on long trips or vacations. Now, my brother JR and my wife Dee have their own netbooks too, and are considering blogging in the near future.

I guess once a person starts blogging, there is no end to it. You just keep blogging and blogging and blogging. It’s a good form of addicti0n actually, and very beneficial at that.

For me bluehost is the best and most reliable webhosting service provider. I never had any problems ever since I started this blog with bluehost. My mentor was the one who originally had the service and was also the one who shared some tips when it comes to choosing a great webhosting service. For me, the simplicity or user-friendliness of the cPanel and the availability of simplescripts when it comes to automatically intalling blogging scripts, etc., is one of the major factors that makes bluehost a great web hosting provider. They also offer 24×7 online chat support, plus 24×7 technical support, so rest assured that you can reach someone once you encounter issues with your webhosting account.

Bluehost also offers unlimited bandwidth and webspace plus unlimited domains to host on your account at a very affordable price. They also have an automatic back-up, so in case your site goes down, or there will be data loss, or you accidentally delete important files, they can still recover them for you and restore your site. However, to make sure, you should also do your part of creating your own personal back-up, and doing that is as easy as 1-2-3 when it comes to bluehost. I’m using wordpress for this blog and I think bluehost is the best webhosting and the most user-friendly of all. If you want to check out some feedback or review regarding bluehost, visit wpdesigner.com/review/blue-host and see what a wordpress expert think of bluehost as a webhost, and to take advantage of the 3.95/mo special hosting offer!

Article Marketing Tool plays a big role when it comes to Internet Marketing. There are a lot of tools that a webmaster or a simple blogger can use for web site marketing, but the most successful and effective strategy of all is through article marketing. There are many sites all over the web that offers an effective article marketing tool.

Article Marketing Tool is essential if you like to drive more traffic into your blog or website. You just write unique teaser articles related to he topics you are writing on your blog and then link it to that specific page in your website, so people can read more about the said topic or article.

Writing a post in your blog every day is a little difficult unless you are plainly writing about the things you do everyday, and do not have a specific topic or theme. Most great writers who have so much to write do not have this kind of dilemma, but if you can write articles pretty well, you may only have a few, but with the proper article marketing strategy and usage of article marketing tool, you can maintain your traffic or even increase your traffic in the long run.
Some internet marketing professionals even spend to use this strategy. They hire article writers and use article marketing tool. The more that people search and read your articles in the articles bases, the more possibility of them reaching your site, and the higher your sites revenue will be.

If we have the freedom to design our homes, it is the same with our homepages and blogs on the web. It is even easier, coz we already have access to thousands of plugins and tools that can help us enhance the looks of our websites in just a few minutes time.

If you are bored and have nothing to do. Try playing with the colors, or learning some new php coding and html tricks. I have been experiementing too, but what makes a wordpress powered blog great, is that there are so many plugins creted by wordpress programmers and code writes available online. You can just download them and then upload them and activate, then the plugin is working perfectly.

With the new version of wordpress, almost everything is spruced up and one click away. I actually encourage friends and family to do the same, and make use of wordpress for their blogging needs. I have only been blogging since last November, and so far, I am loving wordpress!

Asus EeePc 1000H in the house! finally I got to buy a netbook yesterday. I have been saving up for it, because my younger brother JR will be doing a thesis this summer and he will be using our notebook, the Gateway MD7801u that dad bought us last January. It is vacation time and I do not want to bother my other younger siblings who are spending more time playing games on their desktop gaming pc.

Asus EeePC 1000H netbook looks really neat with the 10″ display that allows users to view documents and webpages in a high resolution. It also comes in different colors, but what I have is the ebony black one. Dee wanted the white one at first, but then we both agreed that black is better and is not likely to get dirty just in case it gets scratched or something.

EeePC 1000H

This is how my EeePC looks like beside the 19″ samsung lcd screen of my younger siblings’ desktop. It sure does look pretty small, but nice. Pardon the clutter in their room (lol).

EeePC 1000H – Easy blogging on the go! At least, with this new EeePC 1000H netbook I can blog even if I am outside or traveling, because it is very handy. EeePC 1000H netbook is loaded with a 6 cell battery, that if functions of your netbook are configured right, the battery life could last up to 7 hours in a one day computing time. So far, I have used it 5 hours plus maximum, most probably because I had wi-fi on all the time.

EeePC 1000H netbook currently runs on the OEM version of Windows XP Home that came with the package. However, I’d like to switch to ubuntu anytime soon, or propably pimp my netbook to dual boot both Ubuntu and Windows XP. A friend said that EeePC also runs fine with the new Windows 7. We’ll see…

EeePC 1000H netbook look less sleek and sassy than its competitors when it comes to physical appearance, but feature and specifications wise, it is definitely better. Other than th above mentioned specifications, the EeePC 1000H netbook has 160 gig solid state drive, 2 gig ram, 1.6-GHz Intel Atom processors, High speed connectivity anywhere with Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth, 1.3MP web cam, etc. In short, you get the same specs as the more expensive competitions, and even more for much less the price. Amazing, right?

Overclock EeePC 1000H netbook. It is not a gaming mini notebook, but some gamers have tried tweaking their netbooks to run games by overclocking it to more or less 2.0 ghz. There are downsides when you do this, such as the normal temperature of the notebook going up by about 30% or depending on the outside temperature. If you plan to this trick and tweak, be sure to know how to cool down your netbook, otherwise it will get fried before your very eyes. If you feel confident that you are tech savvy enough to Overclock EeePC 1000H, go ahead and make a record as the owner of the fastest EeePC 1000H in the world from the normal 1.6 ghz power overclock to over 2.1 ghz speed Atom processor. I have read a few forum posts

EeePC 1000H netbook is a great pick for simple users and bloggers like me. Who knows I’d get a free trip out of the country, courtesy of YOU, at least I have a netbook and I could blog about my experience. This handy gadget is worth the money I saved and I recommend it for those people on the go, and bloggers out there, as well as those net surfing enthusiast. Rather than straining your eyes on tiny expensive phones for mobile computing, grab a netbook! Get your Asus EeePC 1000H – Stay connected on the go!

My phone’s camera is not that good, so i looked for clearer photos that you can take a closer look at.

The long hiatus is over and I’m back to make up for the lost time in blogging and ec-dropping. I still have a couple of days off from work to enjoy. Here I am finally back on track after a short vacation with my family. I was worried that my entrecard friends might not drop back if I would not be able to drop on them for awhile so I asked someone to do the drop for me, and I still tried to do it on my own. I’ve noticed that the number of droppers who frequent my blog has gone down But to those are still reciprocating, thanks a lot! I would also want to thank my pinoy blogger friends who never fail to visit my blog, as well as those who congratulated me and my wife. Thanks everyone!
It really feels great to finally graduate from school. Now, I only have one thing to worry, my job. I probably won’t be doing a review or taking the board exam soon because something came up, a big opportunity that I’d rather not disclose for now. Let’s just see when it happens. For now, I will be enjoying my time with my wife and son, and try to do better at work. I will have more time to sleep too! And now, since school is over and I have no more tuition fees to worry about, I can start saving for our family summer outing. I am also planning to buy a not so expensive jewelry for my wife as a gift. I would probably give it on her birthday which is happening on the month after next. I only got to give her flowers, hugs, and kisses last graduation, and she gave me… secret!

(lol) that’s what this new wordpress theme of family health and home dot com is called. If you guys have noticed, I have been changing themes lately. I searched the whole web of wordpress themes, to find a white theme that looks clean and at the same time, loads faster than my previous themes.

Finally, I found the theme that I like. I just changed the header image and some details. I originally wanted a family guy theme, but it turned out differently. I guess this is a beautiful theme, it makes me feel at home.

I’m not saying I won’t be changing my wordpress theme, but probably not anytime soon. I’ll give this theme a few weeks and see if it works the way it should, because there are themes that are not search engine friendly. I know it looks pretty simple, but that’s exactly the reason why I love it.

It all started last year, when I began to experience burn out. I needed someone who will understand and listen to me. I talked to my mom, my dad, my younger sibling JR who has been my constant source of sensible advice, and most especially my wife Dee who never get tired of catching me whenever I fall. They are the ones who kept me sane during those times that I just wanted to give up. They lifted me my spirits high through all the nonstop encouragement to stay strong and to fight depression. They taught me how to refuse becoming miserable and inspired me not to let my frustrations dawn on me.

After making it through what seemed like an endless struggle with myself, I’ve decided to see a professional counselor to ask for advice. I wanted to know what to do just in case the same thing happens again, or better yet, know how to prevent myself from experiencing burn out. She said, it would be good if I kept a journal, then at the end of the day, I can pour out everything that is running inside my head. The doctor was right, I got caught up in all my responsibilities, and stress, plus not having enough rest started to wear me out. She said, all I needed was an outlet, and it would not be good for my family if I pour out all my frustration on them. She said it will personally affect my friends and family in a bad way. I love my family and I would not want to cause them any pain. I appreciate how they helped me cope but causing them trouble once was enough.

When i got back to work that night, I told my boss about the session I had with the doctor. Apparently, he was told the same exact advise by a psychiatrist a few years back, and he’s been blogging since then, which basically means he’s been ranting online for bout 3 years now. My cool boss and friend offered to give me a domain, and during that time I could not think of a name. He said he’ll take care of it, and that’s how Family Health and Home came about.

I was expecting something more personal and general sounding though, so I can talk about anything under the sun, but he had a good explanation on why he has chosen this domain name for me. He said that he based it on my personality. Family Health and Home being the source of my inner strength and inspiration which I should focus more on, rather than getting distracted by all other things that might trigger stress.

He was right, because writing about my family made me happy, and it also made me realize how lucky I am. Sharing my thoughts about how important health and healthy living is, gives me a sense of fulfillment knowing that I may be influencing people out there to strive to live a healthy life. And Home, being the place where I find happiness, rest, and comfort. Home where my family is, and where my heart belongs to.

Family Health and Home has given me that chance to write about my thoughts, pour out my emotions, and write about the things I love, hate, want, dream of, etc. I claim my right to exist on this part of the web. I claim my right to express whether there is someone willing to listen or not. In this world of mostly faceless crowd, I found my virtual home, the extension of the one I have in real life, where I can talk about my family, home and healthy living. This is also the place where I get to share my art, poetry, as well as my life as a young dad and parent to my son Iñigo.

We all know that everything starts at home and our family. From our character, etiquette, our unhealthy or healthy eating habits, to all our crazy antiques. It all begins and continuously developed at home with the rest of our family, whom we share the same experiences and battles with. Our parents and guardians are the ones who impart their knowledge to us on which food is healthy or bad for us. Food not only to satiate the cravings of our stomach but also food for our souls. They feed us with knowledge, and good character.

And for me, my virtual life here on the web, starts with Family Health and Home. I admit I am not a good writer, I’m not even good in grammar at all, but I am here to express myself through blogging, just like the rest of you.
I would like to thank all of you who takes time to read my blog. You are a part of my family now. A family whom I may not be with physically, but a family who shares the same passion for blogging and expressing themselves without fear of being criticized.

Family Health and Home is a work in progress and so am I, because I am finally moving a few steps up in the account. I have been waiting for this chance, and I am so happy that my boss supported me. Looking back to where I started, I could not seem to imagine that I would last this long in the BPO industry. I did not even see myself in this industry before, but I am thankful for the opportunity. Without my job right now, I would not know where to get the money to provide for my son and wife. I do not want to be too dependent on my parents, because they have given me so much already, and they continue to support me in my studies and everything. I am just happy that I have a wonderful family, if you would only get the chance to meet my family, you would know just what I’m talking about.

For now, I would continue to strive for the better when it comes to work, to myself, in the roles I have in this life, if not the perfect, at least the best dad to my son Iñigo, husband to my wife, big brother to my younger siblings, grandson to my Abuela, and last but not the least the best son to the best parents in this world. I trust that God will be tehre t help me as always, and I want to stay positive about everything. Because when we think good and happy thoughts, it reflects in our actions and way of living.
