My friend is a gym bug. No matter how busy he is with work and other things, he would never miss out on his workout sessions that is scheduled four times a week at our other friend’s gym. He’s been dying to achieve that chiseled and well sculpted abs and good looking lean body with defined muscles.
He used to eat a lot of junk food but now he is avoiding them, as well as pasta. Rather than eating rice, he eats sweet potato and is strictly following a high protein diet, and usually eat the less fatty part of meat, especially beef and chicken, and try to avoid too much carbs. best protein powder that he mixes with his drink as his meat supplement, because he has a busy lifestyle and can’t cook decent food, especially meat that is rich in protein, and what he needs to feed his muscles that are being developed during his workout.
Looks like all his hard work has been paying off because this summer, he plans to join the bikini open contest for those who have great looking bodies, both men and women, which he always wanted to do since we were in college. He is really determined and I guess working out for that dream is not bad at all.
