Everytime I try to look back at my experiences in the past, it brings a smile to my face. It makes me wonder how I went through it all. I’m just lucky because I have parents, siblings, my son and wife to support me all the way, otherwise it would have been impossible for me to face all those challenges in life.
Unlike in other countries, here it is hard to find an employment, that’s why I understand those who feel like giving up, most especially if you have not gone to college or have not finished any degree. It’s really hard to find a job that will pay enough to support yourself and your family at the same time, most especially in my case, I was studying and working at the same time, while supporting my wife’s studies and we had a little kid to take care of too.Before landing on my first job, I was young and just graduated from high school. Out of ten companies whom I submitted my resumes to, I only got a few calls. I got my first job and then everything started from there, after second year college I got a better paying job that helped me support myself and my family. I’m so thankful to my parents who never let me down no matter what happened in the past. If not for them, I would not be where I am now…
