a few pounds gained

If there’s one thing my whole family has gained during the last month of 2009, that would be a few pounds added to my normal weight. And I’m actually the type who doesn’t gain weight so easily, so just imagine how much eating we’ve been doing. With all the dining great food and relaxing, almost all of us except for Dee and Abuela, has gained weight during the holiday season.
My mom is even saying that we should all start working out or playing badminton again, or maybe try to do our early morning jogging and exercise family routine to shed off the extra pounds that we’ve gained during the holidays. I say yes to that, because for me it’s still healthy to stay in the right weight, most especially with my dad whom the doctor advised to keep fit for a healthy heart and to avoid his blood sugar from rising.I bet, just like us many out there have also had the same experience. I even have friends who are searching for weight loss pills because they also gained weight last holiday season. Looks like everyone will be hitting the gym and changing their diets as a good start for 2010. At least it’s a good thing, right?
