My barkada or friends from high school are planning to have a reunion before Christmas. I haven’t seen them in years, and a couple of them are now married too, while the rest are still single and enjoying life. Most of us are now working.
Dee and I were also schoolmates during high school although she have her own set of friends too, and they’re also planning to get together. We’re planning to organize a reunion where both of our set of friends will be able to attend.
Some suggested that we have a reunion party at the beach, while some prefer the usual clubbing and bar hopping. Personally, I like the first idea because I want it to be a more private and a family event too, so I can also bring my son, same with those who are also married now. Besides, I’m not really fond of clubbing.
Last year, I’ve heard that some of them met up too and rented a vacation house for the whole weekend. Lem said that they took advantage of the affordable outer banks vacation rentals promo that time. They even plan to do another reunion and bring their family along with them in the same place anytime next year. How I wish I can attend too, but that’s not quite possible.
