Weird and wonderful sofas – Any idea?

What weird but wonderful idea do you have for sofas? People have gone crazy over futuristic velvet sofas — what’s next? What do you think of a diamond concept sofa? Crafted with metallic materials and crystals that glitters like diamonds.  Sassy and fashion inclined people will find it unique and luxurious while others may find it a little off their liking. I guess it’s all personality-based. If you were given a chance to design a sofa, how would it look like and what kind of material would you consider using?

While others fancy the futuristic style of sofas, that are either made of mixed lightweight metallic materials and leather, in my case, I think I’d go for the ones made of rattan, bamboo or wood. I don’t know, perhaps it has something to do with the kind of environment I’ve grown with.  Another idea that I have in mind is a sofa made of all nylon strings. If someone were to look at me from afar, they might even think I’m sitting on the air. But really, I can deal with anything. Whatever material sofas are made of, may it be leather or something else — my major concern is always comfort.

Mind you, a housewife, husband, or hobbiest would spend thousands of dollars for a personalized and custom designed sofa that will meet their definition of perfect comfort. Some even have the weirdest ideas and suggestions. It’s more like turning their wildest dreams into reality. One would dare spend a lot of money just to be able to sit in a sofa made of gold.

All the uniquely designed wonderful sofas in this world started with the designer’s weirdest idea. So, why not visualize yours? Imagine what kind of uniquely designed sofas do you see yourself loungin in. Hmmm….

I think every single handcrafted furniture, even the wildest and weirdest ideas for a sofa, is a work of art.
