Dee’s Health and Fitness Secrets Revealed

healthy-foodMy wife Dee is a very health conscious person. I think she got this attitude from my mom and my abuela. The three of them are so conscious about how they look, and how fit and healthy their body is. When her friends sees Dee, they can’t believe that she already gave birth to our son, because according to them, she has maintained her body well, and she doesn’t look like a mom at all.

I guess such comments get women even more inspired to look better. Some women even go to the gym regularly, do aerobics, engage in sports that helps someone lose weight, or follow a strict diet. Some consider going to doctors who can help them shape up quickly, and some are taking supplements that acts as appetite suppressants, to help them avoid eating a lot. All that and other possible techniques that work, and just for one reason, to maintain their figure.

Dee, however, has no big secret in her sexy figure. She just tend to move around a lot, and with Iñigo to take care of and follow around, she really gets all the exercise she needs to burn away all those excess fats.

Dee loves fruits and vegetables too. She also takes  Vitamin C and E which is good for her resistance and skin. She loves to drink water, fresh fruit and vegetable juices too, just like mom and abuela. I think getting enough sleep is also one of the biggest factors, because she doesn’t get worn out so easily.

I am trying to follow her diet, but I’m a huge carb-monster just like my dad and other brothers. But we also try to eat healthy most of the time, I guess I just can’t stay energized with less carbs and protein on my diet.
