Family Outing and Swimming

Family Outing and Swimming. Food, food, and more food! Fun, fun, and More Fun!!!

Today we went on our first family outing after such a long time. We’ve all been busy with work, studies, etc. and now we’re finally free and we have an extended vacation to spend with one another and the whole family. Our agenda was to go swimming because we missed swimming a lot, and me and my brothers have been having fever and cough. It will be a good exercise for us, and it’s also good for our lungs and breathing. We’ve chosen to go to a beach resort which has a pool at the same time. We brought our own food so we don’t have to buy the expensive food they are selling at the resort and at the nearby establishments. Cheaper, yummier, and we’re sure that we’re eating clean and healthy food.

In our old place there was a pool and sports club nearby, but in our new home we don’t. So unlike before that we can go swimming anytime, now we have to go someplace else and pay for everything. But it’s ok, at least we’re all together and we had a lot of fun.

We all can swim except for Iñigo, so I taught him how to swim, and he had a lot of fun. I taught him how to do floating and the basic breath stroke swimming. He has manage to learn fast, float a little and swim a little, but he easily gets tired. There will come a time that I’ll be able to take him swimming more often so he would learn. I think it is an essential thing, most especially for kids, just in case of emergencies. Hopefully, we would be able to go swimming  again this holy week.

This 29th and 31st we plan to go to the mountain resort of one of my dad’s colleagues. I’m sure it would be fun!
